Nemho (the Next Material House, Next Material House - Nemho) is the center of excellence for innovation and technology for all Broadview Holding material companies (home - Broadview Holding).
Nemho headquarters is located in Weert, the Netherlands, on the premises of Trespa International, with Centers of Expertise situated in Germany, France, Italy, United States and Taiwan.

We are seeking a Business Controller to manage our financial data, lead the P&L and related activities and support the transformation to an independent organization.

The Role

The Business Controller Nemho, as part of the management team manages the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results. The Controller leads the P&L, costing and related activities for all Nemho locations, and coordinates monthly reporting for our production site in Quillan.

Main tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly P&L for all Nemho teams (Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the US and Taiwan) and the financial monthly reporting for the Nemho team in Quillan, France. This involves a monthly consolidated reporting of financial figures to Group level based on International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Supports the transfer of the Quillan finances from the Formica UK system to the SAP based system in the Netherlands.
• Financial and business controlling for the Nemho press plate facility in Quillan, France
• Manage and execute cross charging of R&D costs over the companies within the group.
• Lead the financial planning & reporting process, cost controlling, cost allocations, pricing and subsidies for the various Nemho departments.
• Lead all budget activities for Nemho including planning, tracking, reporting and follow up.
• Develop and monitor business cases and performance metrics including capex.
• Monitor trial related costs, including stock.
• Lead relevant month end closure procedures and be the first contact for external auditors and financial advisors.

What do you bring

• Bachelor or Master’s in Finance, Accounting or similar
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Affinity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, SAP BPC and AFO (SAP BW)
• Familiar with R&D organizations and affinity to technology and the make industry
• Advanced in Excel
• Fluent in English and preferably French
