Objective of the role:
Trespa International is recognized globally as a premier manufacturer of high-quality panels for exterior cladding, decorative façades, and scientific surface solutions. Trespa North America is looking for high caliber Corporate Identity Development Manager to join a growing sales team.
The main task of the CID Manager for Trespa North America (TNA) is to ensure long-ter development and retention of strategic customers (Corporate Accounts) in order to create long-term visibility and business growth. To do so he/she needs to implement a long-term win-win strategy based on a mutually recognized partnership and a mutual degree of trust.
Part of this strategy are amongst others Corporate Account Plans and partner programs.
The CID Manager will report to the Commercial Vice President and will work closely together with the TNA Sales Team.
Main responsibilities:
- The CID Manager is responsible for managing and building a strong relationship with corporate accounts, building trust, identifying challenges or opportunities and helping to find ways to assist in these.
- He/she develops, negotiates and implements growth strategies for these accounts for both project and broad/stock business.
- He/she creates multi-year corporatel account plans in line with the strategy of the customers while positioning the Trespa business for continued growth.
- On a yearly basis he negotiates and makes proposals on prices, conditions and bonusses, owns the contracting process and manages this in agreement with the key stakeholders in Trespa.
- He/she communicatees the program details to our customers like Meteon fabricators, Pura distributors, ISR’s and the internal sales and operation teams.
- He/she collaborates with Sales Management and Product Marketing teams to support brand development.
- He/she tracks sales and sales activities, measures ROI in order to grow the business.
- He/she creates and leads sales presentations to Corporate Accounts corporately and divisionally and provides Corporate Account training sessions.
- Travel across North America will be needed up to +50% of the time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Sales, Business Management or similar is required, MBA is a plus.
- History of professional skill development and learning
- Progressive sales leadership career (6+ years) working with commercial construction and remodeling industries preferably in the exterior cladding industry possessing an ability to drive sales and having met and even exceeded business targets.
- Strong business acumen.
- Key account management planning and developing.
- Sales planning, execution management and working strategically with a non-direct reporting sales force, being able to mentor and lead.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong contract negotiation and decision making skills with large/complex companies.
- Team building with emphasis on relationship development.
- Adapting to a new organization/function “start-up” environment within a large European based corporation.
- Analytical skills set to analyze key data and sales statistics and translate the results into better solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in order to manage multiple accounts.
- Strong CRM user
- Ideal candidate will be on the East Coast or Midwest.
