Country Manager The Netherlands & UK

About the role

Are you a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a passion for driving growth and inspiring teams? Trespa is seeking a  Country Manager for The Netherlands & UK to lead the sales strategy and execution in these key markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, this critical position will focus on ensuring sustainable, profitable growth while positioning Trespa and its products as industry leaders in quality, sustainability, and architectural innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Own and manage the P&L for The Netherlands and UK. Deliver monthly turnover and margin targets, ensuring consistent, reliable performance.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a multi-year sales strategy aligned with Trespa’s priorities in premium offerings, growth, and sustainability.
• Market Insights: Leverage deep market understanding to create and execute tailored growth plans, meeting customer needs along a multi-layered value chain.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team (7 in NL & 3 in UK). Foster a culture of accountability, results orientation, and customer-centricity.
• Brand Positioning: Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Trespa’s presence both online and offline, driving engagement with architects, designers, contractors, and installers.
• Customer Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with key customers and influencers to boost sales, improve satisfaction, and enhance availability in relevant market segments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a global team of Country Managers to share insights and co-create initiatives that deliver cross-country impact.

About You

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and visionary leader with:

• A proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably with a premium brand or relevant industry.
• Expertise in multi-layered value chains and distribution sales dynamics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in KPIs and performance dashboards.
• A passion for growth and innovation, with the resilience and courage to challenge the status quo.
• Exceptional people management skills, creating a climate that inspires teams and individuals to excel.
• A customer-first mindset, emphasizing deep understanding and high satisfaction.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
