The role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This includes content development, effective SEO tactics, and managing Trespa social media presence and website. You will work in a marketing team of 10 professionals and will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

 

Main responsibilities

Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Trespa-owned and shared digital channels (Website, Social Media, Email marketing and PPC).
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and edit high-quality content, including blogs, landing pages, mailings, and ads, optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  • Execute and manage promoted social media posts and campaigns for the Trespa pages. 
  • Ensure all digital tactics meet tracking requirements and performance benchmarks.
  • Work closely with Trespa’s website agency to ensure seamless digital integration of all digital tactics.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance; to do so, you collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Compliance, to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and emerging trends to maintain innovative strategies.

Website Management and SEO focus  

  • Execute website changes, campaign landing pages and other website enhancements.
  • Execute and measure AB test for various lines and campaigns to improve conversion rates and user experience throughout the website.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis for actionable insights.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, alt text, and internal links.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate regularly audit and resolve website performance issues (e.g., broken links, page speed) with Trespa website agency.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What do you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international B2B environment
  • Strong writing skills, with a focus on creating compelling and SEO-friendly content
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Any Google certifications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient with Content Management Systems (such as Magnolia, WordPress or Strapi).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
