The role
The world is changing rapidly, so also the requirements of our HR Service Centre team: digitalization, international employment, terms of employment developments, IT systems, process optimization , HR reporting are some of them. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that the activities within the service center run smoothly in order to support the business as best as possible. You will spend part of your time answering questions and dealing with more ad hoc matters. The other part of your time will be spent on more project-based activities.
Our HR Service Centre
Together with two other HR Officers and the Manager Service Center HR, you are responsible that all HR processes run smoothly and that your customers, both in the Netherlands and abroad, get high level support.
Main responsibilities
- You ensure that all personal admin and payroll related changes are processed accurate and in time.
- You prepare contracts, reports and you support our sick leave process with all admin related tasks.
- You manage our onboarding, cross boarding and off boarding processes.
- You are the process owner of one or more of our HR processes, like Performance Management.
- You monitor the HR annual calendar and you prepare the various HR processes. This includes training of new employees and managers in our processes.
- You answer questions of managers and employees about conditions, procedures, relevant laws and regulations, pension and insurances, etc.
- You also contribute to the development of our HR Service centre through continuous improvement mindset.
- You support the HR Business Partners and Trespa managers.
What do you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or similar, or Bachelor’s working and thinking level gained by experience.
- Experience in (international) personnel administration is preferred.
- Excellent English and preferably also Dutch language skills, both written and verbal.
- You have affinity with IT-systems, and more specifically with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office.
- You are a spider in the web for the department, a go-getter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other functional teams.
- You are customer-oriented, accurate, results-oriented and have an eye for process improvements.
- You work in a structured way and have good organization- and time management skills, show ownership, are flexible and stress-resistant.
- You are a team player and have a positive can do attitude.
