We are looking for an Inside Sales Employee to join our Inside Sales Netherlands team at the Trespa headquarters in Weert, the Netherlands.

About the role

The Inside Sales Employee is the support and contact person for sales related matters to our customers, the Dutch sales team and internal departments.

• You find, analyze and qualify market information and, together with the Dutch sales team, carry out suitable actions to acquire and win new projects.
• You proactively establishes regular contacts with customers (account management) with the aim of using Trespa materials in planning, tenders and projects.
• You provide our team and our partners with commercially and technically compliant information (prices, commercial information, technical product information, etc.)
• You process documentation, sample requests and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• You communicate Trespa news and market information to representatives, OEM’s and dealers.
• You organize and participate in factory tours, presentations to customers and exhibitions.
• You are part of building an outstanding, best-in-class customer journey.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably Commercially and Technically oriented
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus
• Customer and Service focused
• Team player
• Result oriented, sales driven
• Relationship builder
• International oriented
• Flexible and accurate
• Affinity with ICT systems
• Likes challenges, is entrepreneurial and takes ownership
• Occasionally travel may occur
