We are looking for a results driven and collaborative Inside Sales Representative to join our Trespa North America Sales team, supporting our Exterior business opportunities in North America .

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with an international team. In this role, you will report to the Vice President and collaborate with a sales team consisting of seven colleagues.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative at Trespa, you will act as a key link between our customers, our sales agents, the North American field sales team, and internal Trespa departments. You will help shape a premium customer experience and contribute to the success of exciting projects across the supported region.

You will play an active role in growing the sales pipeline and other key activities:

  • Generating new opportunities by researching project databases, online sources, and market trends.
  • Analysing and qualifying incoming leads and project information, and determining whether to follow up directly or assign opportunities to field sales colleagues.
  • Proactively engaging with existing and potential customers to identify and qualify market opportunities and ensure Trespa materials are specified.
  • Following up on projects throughout the full sales cycle, either independently or in close collaboration with field sales, to ensure Trespa remains the preferred product through to order stage.
  • Supporting sales agents and the field sales team with project follow-up, customer communication, and project coordination.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for customers, sales agents, the sales team, and internal stakeholders on sales-related matters.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and commercially aligned information, including pricing, product specifications, and technical support.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and project information in the CRM system and ensuring proper follow-up and reporting of sales activities and opportunities.

  • Managing documentation and coordinating sample requests.
  • Co-organizing and participating in factory tours, customer presentations, and trade exhibitions to represent Trespa.
  • Attend and collaborate at Trespa North America and Trespa International Sales meetings
  • Actively contributing ideas and solutions to continuously improve the customer journey and deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Monitoring and ensuring proper follow-up of sales agent commissions to ensure accurate tracking, visibility and timely execution of commercial commitments.
  • Taking responsibility for lead follow-up and opportunity development in the Mexican and Canadian regions, including proactive engagement with customers to identify and qualify market opportunities and ensure specification of Trespa materials. Travel to these customers on an as needed basis
  • Providing basic customer care support, including sharing information on open orders and handling day-to-day customer inquiries and follow-up.
  • Provide assistance to the Credit team on an as needed basis
  • Provide assistance to the Logistics team on an as needed basis and assist with customer freight quotes and shipment tracking

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably commercial or technical oriented.
  • Fluency in English.  Ability to speak Spanish as well is ideal.
  • Strong ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively identify and follow through on tasks without constant supervision.
