Master Data Specialist (1FTE)

Date: Jul 30, 2026

Location: NL

Company: Trespa

Location: Weert

At Trespa, we believe that reliable data is essential for smooth processes and better decision-making. That is why we invest in Master Data Management as a foundation for digitalisation, automation and future AI applications.

For our MDM team, we are looking for a colleague who gets energy from data, processes and systems, and who enjoys finding out how information flows through an organisation. This role requires someone who can analyse independently, work accurately, ask the right questions and enjoys working with different departments to create practical solutions. Whether you have just graduated or already have years of experience with data, processes or systems: what matters is that you learn quickly, take ownership and understand that reliable master data is essential for good processes.

You will combine daily master data activities with analysis, process improvement and project-based work. You will work on reliable data in day-to-day operations, while also actively contributing to structural improvements, automation, data governance, AI and data-driven ways of working. This requires someone who can switch between detail and overview, and who not only identifies improvements but also realises them.

What do you bring?

  • Higher professional education level, preferably in business administration, information management, data, IT or a comparable field.
  • Interest in data, processes and technology.
  • You are IT-savvy and enjoy quickly learning new systems and software.
  • You are willing to further develop your skills in tools such as SAP, Power Automate, Power BI and Precisely (Winshuttle). Experience with these tools is a plus, but not required.
  • You are interested in AI and like to think along about the role of data in future developments.
  • Knowledge of project and process management is a plus.
  • You have a helicopter view, but can also quickly switch to details.
  • You are analytical, curious and have a strong continuous improvement mindset.
  • You communicate easily with different departments and work effectively with various types of stakeholders.
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant and comfortable working with changing priorities.
  • You can switch quickly between operational activities, improvement initiatives and project-based tasks.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Do you not yet have all the knowledge or experience, but do you recognise yourself in this profile? Then we strongly encourage you to apply. We believe that motivation, eagerness to learn, analytical ability and interest in technology are just as important as experience.

What do we offer?

  • A challenging role at the intersection of business, data and IT.
  • Plenty of room for initiative, innovation and personal development.
  • The opportunity to further develop your knowledge of data governance, automation, AI and data-driven working.
  • Working in an enthusiastic and professional team within an international organisation.
  • An organisation that supports your growth, ambition and ideas.
