Trespa North America is looking for high caliber account manager to join a growing sales team as Regional Pura Account Manager East Coast representing the leading brand, Pura.
The Regional Account Manager will be the primary point of contact to build long term relationships with key national distributors and dealers throughout the country. This individual will become the trusted advisor with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors of the Pura brand. The applicants must have experience in managing all aspects of key accounts within the wholesale distribution channel and demonstrate a proven track record of success.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- At the direction of Commercial Vice President, develop business plan to reach stated goals for key accounts by assigned channels of distribution.
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management with distributors and dealers to promote the unique benefits of the Pura brand through effective use of marketing resources provided internally.
- Consult with key accounts on how to most effectively communicate the brand value proposition to distributor/dealer sales reps.
- Develop residential business in partnership with distributors and dealers in assigned markets.
- Maintain and communicate accurate sales forecasts and monthly sales reports to ensure continued growth of the brand.
- Provide product training and installer training to increase distribution customer sell-through and maximize customer satisfaction.
Desired skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Commercial Business Management, Architecture or Building Engineering and (or) 5 years or more practical experience
- Experience working within the exterior building materials industry through distribution in a regional/national account role is a plus.
- Solid selling skills with a proven track record of problem solving and decision making ability
- CRM management, forecasting and sales reporting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both to individuals and groups.
- Results oriented and self-directed work ethic
- Multi-level relationship building ability with an exceptional follow up discipline
- An ability to be a team player and having the structure and work ethic to independently manage a defined territory
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must
Regional Pura Account Manager East Coast
Annual Base Salary ranged with experience and industry expectations with 20% year-end bonus
potential, car allowance, travel expenses, health-care, dental, 2 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays
mobile phone, laptop and company training.
The role will require approximately 60% of travel in the assigned territory.
A clean driving record and current passport is required.
You will directly report to the Commercial Vice President.
Preferred geographical base: Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island.
