The role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Trespa International B.V., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s digital presence. Working within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including the corporate website, social media, email, and paid media channels. Your expertise in content creation will drive the production of engaging blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and advertisements, all optimized for search engines and tailored to capture user interest.

 

You will analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continually refine strategies and maximize results. Managing promoted social media posts, expanding brand reach, and fostering online engagement will be central to your day to day activities. By collaborating with external partners and ensuring adherence to best practices and tracking protocols, you will help Trespa maintain its position as an innovative leader in architectural materials.

 

This role calls for creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for digital excellence as you contribute to Trespa’s continued growth and industry leadership. Furthermore, you will work in a marketing team of 8 professionals and will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities

Digital Marketing Coordination & Content Creation  

  • Develop, implement, and continually optimise comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Trespa’s owned and shared channels, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and PPC initiatives.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Produce and refine high-quality content: such as blogs, landing pages, mailings, and advertisements. Ensuring optimisation for both search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee promoted social media posts and campaigns across Trespa’s social channels.
  • Ensure all digital activities adhere to tracking protocols and meet established performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with Trespa’s website agency to guarantee seamless integration of digital strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and expand the company’s social media presence through strategic content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Compliance, to deliver a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Remain informed of platform updates and emerging industry trends to sustain innovative and effective digital marketing approaches.

Website Management & SEO

  • Implement website updates, campaign landing pages, and site enhancements.
  • Run and analyse A/B tests to boost conversion rates and site experience.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis for insights.
  • Optimise on-page elements like metadata, headings, alt text, and internal links.
  • Coordinate regularly audit and resolve website performance issues (e.g., broken links, page speed) with Trespa website agency.
  • Work with marketing to align SEO efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What do you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international B2B environment
  • Strong writing abilities, with a focus on creating compelling and SEO-friendly content
  • Proficient in SEO; experienced with Google Analytics and Search Console (Google certifications a plus)
  • Familiar with Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Strong project management skills; adept at handling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Skilled in CMS platforms like Magnolia or WordPress.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn and grow.
  • Outstanding English skills, written and spoken.
