Trespa is a leading innovator in high-quality panels for exterior cladding and decorative surfaces. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Product Compliance team, based in Weert, the Netherlands. The Product Compliance team ensures Trespa’s products meet all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of quality, supporting our commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability. As the Manager of Product Compliance, you will report directly to the Compliance Officer.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of four compliance professionals to ensure operational excellence in compliance matters.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure Trespa products comply with relevant standards and maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance product knowledge and expertise.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and implement changes.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on competitor products and trends.

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate brings:

• A background in product management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance, with approximately 5 years of experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills are crucial to success in this role.
• A proactive approach with the motivation to take on responsibilities and make an impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and a straightforward, ethical approach.
• Excellent communication abilities, enabling effective interactions at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• The capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent reading and writing skills.

• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch is preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
