We are looking for an experienced and motivated mechatronics engineer to join our team. As a leading company in high-end decorative cladding, we strive to provide innovative solutions that exceed the standards in our industry. The mechatronics engineer will play a crucial role in the design, development and maintenance of advanced mechatronic systems. 

Responsibilities

• Designing, analyzing and optimizing mechatronic systems and components.
• Performing technical analysis and preparing detailed specifications for new projects.
• Program and configure control software for automated systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electronic and software components.
• Testing and validating mechatronic systems to meet established specifications and standards.
• Maintain existing mechatronic systems and quickly resolve technical issues.
• Project leader of large and small automation projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in mechatronics and relevant technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronica Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing mechatronic systems.
• Thorough knowledge of control software, robotics, sensor technology and automation.
• Eye for applications that lend themselves to automation.
• Knowledge of programming, preferably experience with programming languages such as C++, Python or PLC programming.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Project management experience.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary and benefits

The position offers a competitive starting salary ranging from 70,000 to 80,000 euros/year, depending on your background of experience. We also offer additional perks and benefits, including:
