Trespa International B.V. is now seeking an exceptional individual, who as a Product Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the compliance, testing and certification files for one of our product lines worldwide.

The product in question is partly produced by Trespa in Weert and partly at various production locations of sister companies around the globe. Control on compliance is facilitated from Trespa’s head office based in Weert, The Netherlands.

The Product Compliance Coordinator is part of Product Compliance team and reports to the Manager Product Compliance. 

The role

The product Compliance Coordinator will have, amongst others, the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager Product Compliance in ensuring product compliance, testing and certification of the assigned product line and countries are fulfilled in all aspects.
  • Build and maintain a network with key persons at test- and certification institutes in various countries and liaise with them to keep up to date on requirements for certification.
  • Build and maintain a network with key persons within the own organization and sister companies.
  • Create and implement procedures with regards to the management of certification files.
  • Assist the Manager Product Compliance in the performance of his duties.
  • Cooperate with quality teams in own and sister companies on monitoring of product performance.

What do you bring

Trespa is seeking a skilled and motivated professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in product management, quality management, or auditing
  • Strong affinity with the building industry
  • Relevant experience in a product or quality-related role (preferred)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Dutch, German, or Italian is a plus
  • Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels internally and externally
  • Upholds high professional standards and ethical conduct
